The custom gridz link does not include a dental model kit. If you do not have a dental model kit, be sure to purchase it together with the dental model kit
2.Can I modify product specifications or delivery address after placing an order?
If the order status is "Pending Shipment": Contact online customer service immediately to request modifications (product specifications or delivery address), and our team will assist with the process;
If the order status is "Shipped": Modifications are no longer possible. We recommend tracking logistics updates and coordinating with the local courier promptly.
2.Handling Molding and sales
1.Do they come with the mold ?
The process is pretty simple, we will send you the mold once you put down the
deposit payment which is $250, do the mold and ship it back to us , once we collect
your mold back clear the balance, Pay for your custom set, we will customize your grill
and ship it to you
2.What the turn around time frame ?
we will ship you the mold within 3/7 days, complete your mold and ship it back
then once we collect your mold, the process usually takes 3-4weeks for the grillz to be
completed
3.What if I already have my own mold ?
If you have your own mold, your deposit will be $200 instead of $250 in this case you
will have to send us pictures and videos of your mold, once we confirm that your mold
is usable you can go head and put down your deposit we will send you the shipping
address and collect your mold
4.So why is the $50 mold, can I just buy it instead ?
When you pay for deposit we automatically ship you a mold, the $50 mold is not
included for customized grillz, which means when you buy the $50 mold we send you a
single mold kit but we are not going to proceed for custom grillz for you , or in a
different case if you have paid for deposit completed your mold and you messed it up, you can buy a $50 mold and we will ship you a new mold so you can do it again
5.Do we have to buy the mold separately or pay everything in full ?
Usually you can just start with the deposit payment, once you mold is completed
you ship it back to us and then pay for the custom set. In the other hand you can pay in
full, collect and complete your mold ship it back to us and just wait for your custom
grillz without any further payment
6. How do i do the mold ?
Once you collect your Mold our support we will be in contact with you, walk you
through the mold process so you do it right, watch our tutorial video how to do the
mold for basics knowledge
3.Custom grills maintenance, repair, and after-sales service
1.What's the guarantee on the grillz
We provide 30 days return guarantee if the grillz is damaged or you loose a stone we
can fix them for you free of charges and free shipping, after the 30 days window a fee
will be required for repair, we can polish or repair them for low cost based on the
requirements
2.Cleaning your grillz can de done with several method just like cleaning any other
pieces of jewlery
We recommend to use the hot water method banking soda and soap, or buy just buy an ultra sonic jewlery cleaner for grillz which is more convenient
you can get them for cheap on Amazon
4.Logistics issue
1.How long does shipping take for domestic/international orders?
Domestic orders: Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, expedited shipping takes 1-2 business days.
International orders: Shipping time varies by destination, usually 7-15 business days for standard shipping and 3-7 business days for expedited shipping. Delays may occur due to customs clearance or peak seasons.
2.Why was my package returning?
The package may be returned for the following reasons:
A:Wrong or incomplete address
B:Invalid phone number
C:Unable to deliver

3.Will I be charged customs duties/taxes for international orders?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or VAT, which are determined by the customs regulations of your country/region. The buyer is responsible for all such additional fees. We cannot estimate the exact amount, and you can consult your local customs office for details.
